Well Held Life Coaching

Welcome to Well Held
I’m so honored you’re here.
Well Held is the space I created for women like us. Women who’ve done it all, held it all, carried it all, and are ready for something different. This space is for the woman who knows she deserves more and is finally ready to receive it.
This is for the high-functioning, high-capacity woman who’s been running on empty. Who’s tired of burnout, of second-guessing herself, of putting everyone else first and forgetting her own needs.
For the woman who’s asking, "Is there more?"
And is ready to feel alive again. Ready to come back to herself and her truth.
This work is about rebuilding self-trust and safety in your body. I guide you on the journey of giving yourself the care, attention, and love you didn’t always receive, but always needed.
It’s about letting go of the need to prove and learning to live in a way that feels true to you.
I speak to women in transition. Mothers. Leaders. Women with big hearts and full lives who are ready to live, lead, and love from a place that’s rooted in self-worth.
Well Held is a safe space where all feelings are welcome. No judgment. Just support, for the women who connect with my talks and want to take this work deeper.
For any woman who’s ready to stop abandoning herself and start building a life that feels like home.
Welcome back to YOU.

About Me

Hi, I’m Vanessa.
I’m a guide, a space holder, and a woman who decided to stop living by everyone else’s rules.
After almost twenty years in the corporate world, I did something most people wouldn’t dare. I walked away. Not because I had a plan, but because staying meant abandoning myself. And I’d done enough of that already.
To the outside world, it may have looked like I lost my mind.
But I know the truth: I was coming home to myself.
I’ve always felt I was here for something deeper, I just didn’t always have the words for it. Now I do.
I’m here to help women remember who they are beneath the pressure, the expectations, and the proving.
I’m here to speak life into the hearts of women who’ve carried it all and are ready to carry less.
I’m here to support women as they rebuild self-trust, rewrite old stories, and reclaim their worth.
My work centers around remothering, emotional safety, and self-leadership that starts on the inside. I do this through 1:1 work, community offerings, and through my speaking, where I meet women in rooms and remind them that they are already enough.
I'm not here to offer perfection, by any means.
What I am here to offer is liberation.
Freedom from the masks and the armor that you've been quietly carrying, so that you can come back to the TRUTH:
You were never too much. You were always enough. You were always worthy of love, rest, joy, and a life that feels true to YOU.
You don’t have to do it alone.
I created Well Held as a space to support the women I meet through my talks and the ones I haven’t met yet who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living like they matter.
Because you do.
With love,
Vanessa
A personal note...
Becoming a mother in 2019 changed everything.
For most of my life, I carried wounds so deep that motherhood didn’t feel like an option. I used to think, "Why bring a child into a world that hurt me so much?" When my son came along, I feared it would be the end of the life I knew…
But instead, it was the beginning of my healing.
He became the light that illuminated my shadows, the medicine that softened my heart, the love that brought me back to myself.
Through our bond, I’ve learned what it means to reparent the most tender parts of me, to rewrite old stories, release patterns, and break the cycles of fear, shame, and self-abandonment. He is my greatest teacher and my most sacred mirror.
Adrián, mi amor,
I do this for you, too.
So you’ll always know:
You are worthy.
You are enough.
You can do anything.
Your light is a gift, never fear it, never dim it.
Te amo con todo mi corazón,
Mamá
